Welcome to Minnesota/Dakotas ESOP

The Minnesota/Dakotas Chapter of the ESOP Association includes over 100 member companies; firms of all sizes and many different industries ranging from firms with well-established ESOPs to businesses just starting to consider whether or not an ESOP is the right fit. The membership also includes ESOP professionals, experts in ESOP law, banking, valuation, accounting, lobbying and legislation. Our chapter is linked with 18 other chapters throughout the United States through the national ESOP Association.
